- Postponement, shortening or cancellation due to weather conditions.
- How to isolate the take-off and landing areas for spectators and unrelated personnel.
- On-site command and communication methods between teams.
- Arrangements for equipment entry and exit before and after performances.
Don’t overstate your performance promises
Drone performances can pursue visual effects, but they cannot bypass safety boundaries. Public articles should clearly state the influencing factors to avoid misleading customers into thinking that the same plan can be implemented in any weather or venue.
What is suitable for public release is the approach and preparation checklist, not unconfirmed customer material or absolute price commitments.
