On-site conditions at local festivals will directly affect whether drone performances can land on the ground. Take-off and landing areas, spectator areas, roads, buildings, trees, lighting equipment and temporary facilities must all be confirmed in advance.
The scene is not the background, but the execution conditions
Many problems cannot be solved in a vacuum during the design stage. For example, the take-off and landing area is too close to the audience, the surrounding area is severely blocked, and the vehicle movement lines conflict, which will all affect the execution arrangements.
Suggestions for on-site investigation
- Whether the take-off and landing area is flat, controllable, and easy for equipment to enter and exit.
- Whether the viewing direction of the audience is consistent with the front of the pattern.
- Are there tall buildings, trees, strong light sources or temporary structures around?
- Do the security, hosting, lighting, and photography teams know the performance time window?
The plan should leave room for adjustments on site
Weather, equipment, personnel and site conditions may change before official implementation. It is more practical to reserve a communication and adjustment mechanism in the plan than to write every screen to death.
