The drone light show looks like an aerial picture, but in actuality it is more like an event execution project. If the organizer only focuses on "how many planes fly and how much money it costs", it is easy to ignore the impact of venue, weather, viewing angles and on-site procedures on the effect.
Step 1: Confirm basic information about the event
It is necessary to first clarify the event city, date, venue, expected number of viewers, performance time period, theme direction, budget range and on-site contact person. This information determines whether the program can be evaluated later.
Step Two: Assess Site and Safety Boundaries
- Whether the take-off and landing area is flat, open, and convenient for personnel control.
- Are the locations of the audience area, stage area, roads, water, buildings and high voltage lines clear?
- Whether the viewing direction and background brightness are suitable for rendering the pattern.
- Does the event process allow time for setup, inspection, and move-out?
Step 3: Design patterns, text and rhythm
The drone light show can present text, logos, dragon and phoenix shapes, city symbols, festival themes and continuous animations. The more complex the pattern, the higher the requirements for fleet size, animation design and on-site execution.
Step Four: Site Preparation and Execution
Before execution, equipment inspection, route verification, communication inspection, personnel division of labor, weather judgment and emergency plan confirmation need to be completed. On the day of the event, it is also necessary to synchronize with the organizer's procedures to ensure that the performance appears at the right time.
